Who is Eligible to play Under 23?

What if I have a brand new player that is older than the U-23 eligibility requirement? Can he get a special waiver?
The FRU will allow up to three dispensated players that are U-25. The dispensation is up to Kirk Swanner’s (FCC Commissioner) discretion, for the purpose to help the clubs get off the ground and to make sure matches happen. There is no guarantee a player will be granted dispensation so reach out to Kirk first before promising any player anything.
Can you borrow players?
Yes, you can borrow up to 5 players during the regular season only. However, you can not borrow players who are older than 25 and players over 23 within your own club are not allowed to be used to fulfill your roster.
